1. Mechanical Supervisor
- At least seven (7) years of experience with advance knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green / Black Belt preferred.

- Degree qualified or equivalent post-graduate training/qualification.
- Prior experience of working and living in KSA.
- Proven track record of developing growth strategies to win new business and deliver challenging growth targets.
- History and track record of delivering on growth targets and winning new business
- Knowledge of customer base (PIF entities, Giga Projects) and Advisory Services
- A pervasive knowledge of business organizations at a strategic level.
- A natural consultancy style which constructively challenges the business and builds relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Capacity to contribute to strategic business management issues.
- Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative
- High School Certificate or Industrial Training Institute Diploma (3-year duration) in Electrical Maintenance or equivalent (post high school)
- IOSH Working Safely Certificate or equivalent
- Current valid UAE driving license is desirable
- Minimum three (3) year experience within Structured Cabling environment or similar.
- Airport experience is considered as added advantage for this position
- This position requires a very good level of spoken and written English.
- Ability to communicate with staff, stakeholders and customers in oral and written English.
- Working knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / Power point)
- Ability to perform safely and correctly the following on Medium Voltage (MV) & Low voltage (LV) equipment and systems:
- Electrical Isolations and LOTO, Planned preventative maintenance (PM) routines, Corrective maintenance (CM), Breakdown maintenance (BD)
- At least seven (7) years of experience with advance knowledge in HVAC.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Maintenance.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green / Black Belt preferred.

- At least seven (7) years of experience with advance knowledge in ELV building services
- Proven experience in ELV systems will be advantageous
- Experience in working in a commercial building, hospital or other facilities management services environment.
- Three (3) years diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Instrumentation and Controls Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering or equivalent engineering trades.
- Ideally a Vocational training in any automation, instrumentation or control engineering systems. OR 3 years hands on experience in the field of automation, instrumentation or control engineering systems. High School. Good English communication - read, write and speak.
- Proficient and able to demonstrate a complete understanding of Control system
- Technically competent with a clear understanding of ELV building services facilities management safety and emergency response protocols.
- At least seven (7) years of experience with advance knowledge in Electrical Engineering.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow / Green / Black Belt preferred.

- At least seven (7) years of experience with advance knowledge in HVAC areas.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- Minimum of 10 years experience as a Senior Firefighting Officer
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or solutions management, preferably within the emergency services or public safety sectors
- Proven experience in the Middle East market, particularly in KSA
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
- Strong understanding of emergency services operations, technologies, and regulatory frameworks
- Knowledge of KSA’s Vision 2030 and its impact on emergency services
