1. Accommodation Assistant
- Passed (10+2), Age: 21-40 yrs
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Camp Accommodations and good communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Good in Computer with the ability to make the reports
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in an in-design office or EPC for FPSO/ FFSO/ FPU/ MOPU/ Offshore Sub-Stations.
- Experience with performing FEED design, FEED verification, & detail engineering for piping discipline.
- Delivered at least one 30,000 MT project in the design stage.
- Fully trained and knowledgeable with relevant piping codes & standards, safety, and occupational health & safety standards.
- Broad technical knowledge of engineering design of piping in basic, detail, and closeout for offshore renewables, FPSO/FPU/MOPU, & offshore platforms.
- Strong knowledge in 2GW projects in European Offshore Substation projects.
- Strong background with resolution of technical issues during project planning and EPC execution phases.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple offices concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and successfully execute tasks in accordance with business objectives.
- Experience - 8 - 10 years relevant experience in shipyard, offshore / Oil & Gas industry in design office. Experience in various hull outfitting design. standards like (DIN/JIS/NORSOK etc.) and Architectural standards like ILO/IMO(SOLAS/MODU) etc.
- Education - Bachelor/Engineering degree in Naval Architecture/Mechanical Engineering or Master’s Degree in relevant field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime or Engineering, Marketing or Business Management Sciences
- Minimum Experience: 5 years’ experience working as project cargo or industrial project chartering manager for a vessel owner or freight forwarder
- Dynamic, ambitious team player and commercially driven with a proven track record in chartering and thorough understanding of Deck carrier.
- Able to work independently and comfortable taking commercial risks within given parameters and authority.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, freight forwarders， brokers, other key industry stakeholders as well as internal teams.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Essential experience in working with (a type of) CRM, contract negotiations & closure
- Preference for existing project cargo owner network, work experience in river/shortsea shipping company
- Understanding of global river systems, shallow water markets and active shortsea shipping geographies
- Qualification in Finance domain, with proven experience in a similar role for at least 2 to 3 years
- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of accounting principles and analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel required. Advanced knowledge of financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power point, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 10+ years of hands-on experience directly related to the responsibilities outlined in the job description.
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in logistics and supply chain management, with a specific focus on developing and implementing logistics strategies within the automotive industry (nice to have but not required).
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective logistics and supply chain strategies, resulting in tangible contributions to business growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with large datasets related to automotive (ideally) supply chain operations.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence within a logistics context.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or business administration/economics, or logistics
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in SaaS cloud solution sales of ERP/CRM, or Logistics solutions
- Previous experience of driving channel sales ideally within the same product category and channel.
- Excellent skills of proposal preparations, customer presentations, demos of solutions, effortestimation, and other pre-sales activities
- Very good understanding of one or more industries like Freight Forwarding, Transportation, Logistics
- Must bring in consultative approach, commercial savviness, stronger customer orientation with the ability to map customer needs into solutions offered
- Result oriented and ability to delivers business targets in new and tough market conditions
- Team oriented with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Successful previous experience as a sales Senior Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Have more than 5-10 years’ sales/coverage/relationship management/client acquisition experience in promoting/selling Trade Finance / Corporate & Commercial Banking. Experience with Non-Bank Financial Institutions, Fintechs Trade Finance Funds is a big plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking or Engineering.
- Excellent knowledge in Trade Finance, more specifically financing imports & exports, pre & post-shipment financing, receivables & payables, supply chain finance as well as inventory finance.
- Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent persuasion skills, ability to spot opportunities and go after them with gusto
- Strong stakeholder management skills to be able appropriately execute deals, in coordination with credit, compliance, product and operations teams.
- Patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations
- Problem solving attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
