- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing & shopping malls.Must possess excellent presentation, interpersonal communication skills.Must possess excellent organization and time management skills.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work hard and smart under pressure.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Developing a comprehensive leasing strategy for the appointed retail asset Source retail concepts, provide a detailed analysis of the concepts including financial projections and suitability based on the retail mix and approved budgetManage and oversee the daily activities of the leasing operations team in line with the organizations policies and standards.End to end negotiations of lease process.Provide detailed reports for management as per company process.Present to the management on retail trends and develop business plans reflective of current market demands as requiredTo attend all necessary training, seminars, conventions and other sessions as deemed necessary for the duties assigned to the position.Responsible for all leasing tasks, which may include reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.Manage the productivity and financial performance of the leasing operations department, monitoring trends in the marketplace.Maintain excellent relationship with all the stakeholders especially with Tenants, Contractors for smooth operation.
